There is nothing funny about gang rape.

This is really painful for me. Even now I have a horrible bitter taste in my mouth and a real glut in the creative writing cycle has occurred. The article was very good, it was something that needed to be written and I am horrified at almost every instance and circumstance reported, none more so than the University's deliberate intent to divert victims of rape and sexual assault away from filing reports or with following through on their allegations. This is disgusting. I am disgusted. There is no denying that the story has gone above and beyond in it's respect for the victims and protecting the anonymity of sources and keeping it's integrity in tact. This is truly awful material, but it was a great piece of journalism.
